“Good base for access to restaurants and beaches, transport and shops.”

The apartment was light and airy. The kitchen had lots of cooking utensils. The bedding and towels were lovely, soft and clean. Beach towels were large. Good drying facility in inner outdoor space. Washing machine tabs and some basic cooking item. Quick response on whatsapp from Andrea and help with sorting out airport taxi. Good range of programmes and platforms on the TV. Fantastic restaurant and great bakery nearby. Help with getting taxi information from Andrea. Enjoyed being in a 'spanish' town rather than along the more touristy parts.

To be improved

We missed having ensuite bathroom even though we knew it wasn't provided. Location whilst good for shops, walking to restaurants and the sea, is just off the main road so often noisy from the buses, lorries, etc. Balcony only sat 2 people. Don't usually go 10 days before changing bedding and towels. Better to have instructions for using the electricals available. Another comfy chair for watching the TV...sofa cramped for 3. Was surprised that apartment for 4, only had 3 kitchen chairs. More flexibility with moving from one apartment to another. Disappointed not to have access to the roof space which we expected.

I was not well and the accomodation was near the doctor and the shops making it easy for my friends to care for me

To be improved

We were locked out of the flat for 5 hours and the cleaners had still not finished. They left on our arrival and did not complete the clean. the flat could not be described as luxurious

We really enjoyed our stay at La Cala de Alcala Luxury everything was great, the location 5 mins walk to the seafront and local square with bars & restaurants. The apartment itself was lovely very clean and well set out, when you reach the rooftop the view is amazing with sunbeds for your own private use, would definitely book here again.
