The best

We liked: - tranquility of the farm - closeness to the nature (yet just a few minutes drive from San Juan) - no nasty insects, cockroaches or the like, just a few lovely harmless geсkos on the wall :)) - the birds (which are not too loud), the bright stars - private terrace - no problems with parking - no problems with hot water - fruit and other local products straight from the farm - good matress, pillows -> good sleep - nice people :)

To be improved

What could have been better: - there were some problems with water and electricity (no water for 2 hours and a half an hour blackout) - there were some problems with the Internet (some of them were solved, some were recurring) - the responsiveness of the hosts varied from immediate to rather slow - the level of facilities, home appliances, etc. is uneven: some are brand new, some are old and cheap - the information about the swimming pool and washing machine should have been more accurate: they are shared and situated at some distance from the apartment; there is no direct seaview from the apartment / terrace - the linen has not been changed in a week in contrast to what is written in the file - is it sometimes quite cold at night (but the heater and thick blankets solve the problem) - we've missed a clothes airer. There is one outdoors but another one indoors would have been great
