This is a very spacious apartment, well furnished and decorated.

To be improved

The apartment is quite tired, 25 years ago it would have been quite modern. There was paint peeling of the walls in a few areas which would not have taken much to fix. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the sleeper couch very uncomfortable just to sit on. On the first day I messaged the owners to say the toaster did not work, I did not get a reply or acknowledgement of my message.

“Very good”

The best

Very spacious apartment with everything you need for your shorter or longer stay; well equipped kitchen. Two separate bedrooms with bathrooms are located at opposite ends of the flat which gives you a lot of privacy. Location is convenient , close to the long beach, bus station and the supermarket, yet quiet. Don’t expect luxury but it’s good value for money!

To be improved

It doesn’t get too much natural light but it might be an adventure in summer when it’s hot. Water in the shower very low pressure (not an unusual problem on the island) and you can hear the neighbours through the walls but overall it’s a quiet street.

“Great location, spacious but in need of refurbishment”

The location was excellect. Short walk to El Cotillo castle, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

To be improved

The apartment is spacious with 2 bebrooms and shower rooms but as a whole is in much need of refurbishment. The sofa upholstery is rather shabby, walls peeling from damp, curtains in spare bedroom hanging off the rail, extractor not working in main showeroom therefore it gets damp and most metal fittings are rusty, toilet seat not secured, outside space shabby and rarely sunny, kitchen equipment old. On a positive note the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable with a TV in the room and a nice large screen TV in the lounge.
