Yes, the lady was incredible inept as how the check in was , didn't know how to read ir what to read so she charged me twice, I tend to be patience and friendly but I guess I ended up being fool by being charged twice for the two nights I stayed . Uhm food basic and the hospitality worse, like I said to this day I am waiting an refund, take everything with a grain of salt

To be improved

The fact the lady didn't know the computer , I was on a budget and yet I'm still waiting for the refund after paying twice to this day

Well! I didn't like more things! After I've extra payed cash (€60 on top at the checkin desk) for upgrading the room for 2 nights reservation, since 16th to 18th /05/2025 and when I came back later in the morning on (18th by 5am) to the hotel after a wedding party and wanted to open my room door to get in and sleep guess what..., my room had been handed over to a couple and I couldn't get in and the staff were off work by that time! It was absolutely hilarious and annoying I felt ripped off and disgraced! I highly recommend to not go there and the facilities are really poor , I'd rather sleep in a van on field 🤣

Nothing we had leave without staying as the room was actually in the restaurant ,the only window was looking out on diners to go to and from toilets you had to go through restaurant It was totally unbelievable

Everything we had to leave did not stay the night the room was actually in the restaurant the only window looked out onto diners You had to go through restaurant to get to toilet Totally unbelievable that they thought they could rent this room out
