The bed was rather comfortable.

To be improved

The staff couldn't be bothered: not a single smile or hello, they just did the paperwork (forgot my NIE in the printer as well...), gave me the card, and that was it. They didn't give me the WiFi password either. No hot water in the shower, a water leak in the bedroom, a very noisy road nearby. Someone (probably from staff) parking their motorbike right under my window and making sure to leave the noisy engine running as they did so.
