Nieves, the host, was super flexible with checking out, we could leave our luggage for 2 more hours and do more sightseeing😀 Besides this, the apartman was spotless, and really close to the beach and cafés, restaurants, shops, metro and bus stops. It was really good value for money.😃

Very clean and comfortable. Everything worked well. Good shower pressure and enough hot water to have showers for two adults and 3 young kids. The train and bus stations are about 15-20 min away on foot. There are a Mercadona and a Lidl 2-3 min away from the apartment. The beach and the fantastic Huelin park are about 5-7 min away. Despite the apartment being on the ground floor with a separate entrance, it was quiet at night (we slept with the window open). The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our stay was affected by the disastrous floods in Valencia (our bus was cancelled), so Nieves kindly agreed to move our stay to different dates without any extra charges. Definitely a great value for money. Thank you for a great experience!

The place is very big, comfortable and is very clean. It has all the services you may require. The host is friendly and her help and information is very helpful. The extra king size bed is very comfortable too.

location was fantastic, walking distance form train station. once reaching the location and seeing the outsie I was a bit skeptical about the choice however once inside the apartent it was a pleasent surprise. My kids really enjoyed the apartent especially the toys, books and cycle provided by the host, at the end they didnt want to go out of the apartment The apartment is close to many cafeterias , restaurants and to the beach, everything in walking distance. if you arrive in car fidning a location for parking might be a bit tough. (we did not arrive in car though).
