“Big disappointment.”

I have a 6months old baby with me and two 65+ grandparents. We need safety and comfort. The apartment looks nice on the photos, but absolutely not meeting even basic expectations. On the first night after an extreme long flight on our arrival there was no electricity and we were sitting in the dark, feeding my 6months old baby with cold food, as there was no way to heat it. I will never forgive this to the owner of the apartment! No hot water, there was no electricity on the first night when we arrived, the bed broken, bedsheet missing, AC is loud- my baby couldn’t sleep, electric heater in the bathroom hanging from the wall on wires broken, no wifi/fluctuating in the bedroom, the window shade was broken, no curtains, one of the big wardrobe doors has fallen completely out of its place once we touched it;… all wardrobes are smelling bad & fusty, the top of the dining table is moving, we have an old dirty fridge with broken plastic shelves inside - but at least it’s working, the cheap unsafe electric kettle causing electric breakdown and blackout… etc. Terrace metallic chair broken, in general the cleanliness is rather low/moderate, the toilet is smelling, tap is leaking & broken in the main bathroom… etc. The furniture, wardrobes and all appliances are all old or very cheap weak quality. This apartment is not maintained well at all, it’s neglected. In the first 6 days we needed technicians and maintenance almost every single day as something was always broken. On day 12 no hot water again. They are not able to fix the Junkers gas water heater. We came here to take rest, not to see Mr. Borja and the technicians every day. For 5000+ Euros we were expecting luxury, but if not luxury, at least a human being’s basic needs should be met. It is absolutely unsafe and doesn’t meet basic needs. It feels that they are just trying to make big money with no input. Mr.

“Exceptional”

Our group had an amazing experience staying in this beautiful rooftop apartment. The highlight was definitely the balcony — perfect for enjoying meals together while taking in the stunning view. The location was also ideal, within comfortable walking distance to both the old town and the beaches/port, which made exploring the city super easy. One of the best parts of our stay was the property manager, Borja. He was incredibly welcoming and attentive — always on time, full of great local recommendations, and even greeted us with beer and wine on arrival, which was such a nice touch. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

“Excellence in Malaga”

The best

The property was a great space and had the 2 bathrooms which we great. Good location and was nice and clean and had quite a few handy amenities in the apartment itself. Borja was very pleasant and helpful when we arrived and we were delayed with our flight and he also had another client to see to after us and you were probably quite pushed for time But you didn’t show it You were also helpful with anything we asked and gave us fast and excellent advice.
