“Comfortable, clean house near to all amenities - no frills!”
The best

This is a very functional house with good accommodation and well equipped kitchen, nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. There is a very nice outside eating area on the terrace and also off the inside lounge area, and from that space there is a lovely view over to the sea. The property is well located for the beach, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and nearby places of interest. There are nice walks locally in the pine forest. There is a double garage. It is a good house for a family holiday very close to all amenities.

To be improved

The communication on the day of our arrival was not good - we were not sent the key code and had to wait around outside the house until the owner picked her telephone up. We had expected to receive the door code via booking.com much earlier in the day - this wasn't very convenient as we had a baby with us. The house is clean and comfortable but it is looking a bit "tired" I would say and could do with an upgrade - perhaps a bit of decorating and some new mattresses, pillows and sheets - these all looked very old and well used and not very inviting.
