“Clean flat in a quiet location. However, worst insolation/noisest neighbours I’ve ever experienced!”

The best

The property was well situated during Magdalena. We wanted a quieter location away from the noise of the mascletás and music so it was perfect for that as well as very close to an Aldi and Mercadona. The flat was very clean and smelled very pleasant. Belen and Vanesa were very helpful and when our flight was delayed by 2 hours, Vanesa kindly waited an extra two hours to let us in the flat late at night which was much appreciated.

To be improved

The oven did not work, the door had been completely taken off and it didn’t switch on at all. We were not made aware of this and it limited our ability to cook some meals. The flat has two very lovely bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, however, my mum ended up spending most of the stay sharing with me or on the sofa due to the noise the neighbours made in her bedroom. The insolation is appalling, you can hear everything from a pin dropping to people talking, blowing their noises, their alarms going off in the morning, snoring, etc. My poor mum was kept up most nights by the neighbours who had their tv on all night long at full volume and also if she was lucky enough that they actually turned the tv off for a few hours, she was kept awake by the snoring through the walls. As a result we both had very poor night sleeps there.
