Good location and access to shops and nice restaurants , clean place, everything you need is in the flat, generous size of the flat.

To be improved

Very uncomfortable mattress, old springs digging in , very unpleasant smell coming out of main bathroom.

The best

Great location at the border of the old town. Nice to have the extra toilet for friends sharing. Beds were very comfortable!

To be improved

Basics like nice coffee/ sugar would have been nice.

The best

The accommodation is in a pretty good area. Close to supermarkets, shops, places of interest. Our commute to the centre could even be done on foot, even though I have small children. Of course you should count on 30-35 minutes walking, depending on where you want to go. The second toilet that the accommodation had was a lifesaver - especially if you go as a family or with a group. Also important is the quietness in the house in general, but also in the area, which is greatly improved by the windows. The girl who welcomed us (Maria) is an extremely pleasant person.

To be improved

1. Cleanliness in the accommodation ranged from average to poor. We had to clean it 2-3 times before we started to feel "comfortable" in our stay. If you are with children.. you should probably take this into consideration or it should be taken care of a little more by the people in charge. 2. Due to business commitments we stayed several days in Seville and this increased the price we paid for the accommodation. So at some point, a few days before our arrival, I was informed that I would have to transfer the amount to a bank account and not via card, as it initially appeared through the booking I made on booking. This caused a lot of stress, as I kept getting messages from either the property managers or Booking that there was a problem with the booking. I had to contact the phone number provided by the accommodation 4-5 times before someone was found to confirm how to proceed, whether they received the money, etc. while Booking insisted that no money should be transferred. All this confusing should also be corrected by stating the policy of the accommodation from the start .

The air conditioner on the second floor(bedrooms) didn't work! It should have been checked before our arrival. Although it was fixed on the second day of our stay, it was challenging to sleep in temperatures more than 40 without an air conditioner.
