Nice apartment on a good location, with beautiful decorations and a great view! Many little things like toilet paper, garbage sacks, hand soap and even some fruit and lambrusco were there, very attentive. Communicating with the host was easy.

To be improved

This is not a real 2 bedroom apartment, because they're connected through a closet, which is open at the top, so sound bears too easily from room to room, not practical for privacy purposes. Mattresses are quite hard, which is something I don't like. Parking is a nightmare, since there is no designated parking spot, like everywhere on Gran Canaria. Behind the road, away from the beach, there is an extra parking lot.

“Confy apartment beside the beach and lovely promenade”

We had a nice staying at this apartment. The owner welcomed at arrival and gave us few information about the apartment and swimming pool ( access, garbage , etc). They prepared a bottle of wine and sweets. We were coming from another accommodation and we were probably felt the lack of some items we had previously but at the end you adapt and all went well. We had a very good time there. It is a good accomodation and you can have a nice staying. Pity for the period as the swimming pool was really too cold, much easier entering in the sea. There is an overflow parking just passed the flyover if on the road is all full. The beach is pretty much full of stones with narrow strips of sand but once inside the water is all sand. Pretty cold for my taste in December but still enjoyable. The building is just beside a nice promenade along the see. Beautiful walk in the morning and at sunset. They also left us staying until late as out flight was in the evening time.

To be improved

The first impression is a quite big apartment and clean with shining floor. When you start unpacking you might find some hair in the drawers and dust accumulated at the bottom of the chairs feet. Not really an issue but could have been better. Some items missing in the kitchen that could have improved the experience: some more cutlery, a cutting board, a baking tray ( only the original in the oven that is too big for cooking), potentially a hoover instead of the broom. These are anyway silly things that have no importance.

“Exceptional”

The best

Amaizing location, always smiling neighboars, quiet and safe place, bus station in opposite to entrance to the building, local shop and restaurat in the building. Apartment was very clean, well equipped with wonderful view on the ocean. I spent in La Casa de la Playa 2 weeks and felt like home. I will go back here!
