It's a fantastic aparthotel, great location within walking distance to all the sights in Cartagena. The parking and breakfast are a bonus. Didn't have any issues with access using the staymyway app and the hotel staff were in contact via WhatsApp if needed for anything. The apartment was lovely and we especially liked watching the sun go down with a glass of wine on the roof terrace.

To be improved

Our room was ready early but it had no towels, forks or a bottle opener. The staff were very apologetic and brought them straight up. The cleaning could be a bit better, the rug in our room hadn't been hoovered and there were some hairs in the bathroom.

Location is great right next to the Roman ruins. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, breakfast enjoyable.
