Central location to restaurants bars. Very friendly staff and accomodating. Place equiped with all essentials.

To be improved

No fault of anyone there was construction and noise but they started after 8am so it wasn't too bad.

The agency managing the house was very reactive, kind and supportive. The house is in a very central position.

To be improved

The rooms are small, there is AC only in one of them. Beds are small and short. Only 1 shower, so not ideal for a group of friends. This is not related to the property, but a drawback to the central position is that in general in summer in Cadiz it is very difficult to find a parking and every evening we were struggling, going around the city to find a place to leave our car.
