To be improved

When we arrived there was a huge hole on the wall at the entrance. It was supposedly because of the recent water accident, but still... The walls in the room were dirty and the bathroom lock didn't work neither

“Great location”

The best

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay overall. Ana, the host, was very nice and friendly, and she gave us helpful tips on where to park. The apartment is in a great location, with everything within walking distance, and it looks lovely inside. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The instructions to find the keys were a bit confusing—it mentions box 2, but the keys were actually in box 1. Also, it would have been helpful if the listing mentioned that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, as that could be important for some guests. Despite these issues, we still had a good experience and appreciated the great location.

To be improved

While the apartment looked great, it didn’t seem like it had been properly swept before our arrival. There were long black hairs all over the floor and several on the nightstand in one of the rooms. I ended up sweeping it myself. I did let Ana know about this, and she was very apologetic. Additionally, everything felt quite damp—our clothes and the beds especially—which may be due to the age of the building.
