Rusty boiler, and the cleaning could be a bit better, quite a lot of dust around. Not soundproof windows, so you can hear any kind of noise from the street

It was clean and pleasant. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. Would recommend a stay if you are in Alicante.

“Great location, but owner was poor at communicating, didn't answer calls and wouldnt fix water issue”

Biggest issue was that the water was cold. The shower door didn't close properly, the shower head was broken, the shower was in need of updating and the water was cold. The owner didn't return my calls, but did get a new showerhead and replaced gas. However, there was still an issue with the water being really cold and she wasn't prepared to get it fixed - she told us to tell Booking.com to move us to another apartment!!!!!!! Completely unreasonable - we only wanted hot water - otherwise we'd have been happy there.

“A spacious apartment in a nice, central location.”

The best

The living room was comfortable and spacious, and the apartment overall is large. The location is very central, and the square in front of the building is nice.

To be improved

Bathroom: I did not like the shower as it is quite old. Kitchen: It is nice, but the dishwasher did not work properly, and the utensils were not really clean

“You will fall in love in this apartman”

The best

Apartman is very big, 3 bedrooms, 1 wc and bathroom, everything was clean, the host (sister) was very polite and friendly. Location is great, near bus line 4, but till the city harbour or train station 10 minutes walk only. All around a lot of caffe bars, better then in city center.

To be improved

Someone who is sensitive on sounds from street or from neighbours would probably have problem with sleeping. Maybe owner could do something better for 2 bedrooms looking on street.
