Absolutely do not come here if you even have one suitcase, getting there is horrible with lots of hills and stairs. Parking was easy to find because of the instructions given, however with suitcases it’s a 5 minute difficult walk to the apartment. The instructions given to us gave us the wrong door entrance to the flat it said to look for 1D however when we got to 1D it was not the correct door- in fact the door that it was supposed to be did not even have a number. When we got inside it was dusty and we started to feel itchy and sneezing a lot. Moreover, the twin bedroom can only be accessed through the double bedroom which is not ideal at all. To top it off, there was bed bugs in the double bed which we took lots of pictures and videos of. The hosts said they got an inspection company to check the bed bugs. They told us that it was wood however you can see for yourself wood does not look like that. We are lucky that the hosts allowed us to stay in another apartment for one night and that apartment was much cleaner and nicer. However we had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of our trip which is not something that we should have had to do. Regardless booking.com handled things amazingly and have refunded us the rest of the trip, but I would not recommend this place

The place is big, in the center of Toledo, some tiles on the house are loose, kitchen light did not work properly and out of the 4 beds, only 2 were really good, the other 2 were were bad. Complimentary coffee was 4 capsules of dulce gusto, but we were 5 people for 3 nights. Air conditioning during toledo summer was very good, and the tv room was big

“Do not drive to the apartment!”

Parking. Advertising and communication stated we could park there, but the one street was cut off for Corpus Christi, and that caused many problems. We ended up stopping at the corner of Plaza de Don Fernando y Carreras San Sebastián to drop the group off. Room with two doubles is directly connected to the main bedroom.
