“Superb”

The best

We liked to see that this little house is not just something to rent but Eduardos home he rents when his family lives abroad. A nice gesture was to present his family on a foto setup in the living room. In contrast to many apartments the kitchen is fully equipped plus little devices are there which may be helpful during your stay. A wonderful add-on is the little patio nicely illuminated if you like. The house is a little off but well connected by bus to center, bus station and airport. The bathroom might be a bit small for big people but was not a problem for us.

Great kitchen. Quiet area and short-ish walk to touristy things. Grocery store within a few blocks. Very clean and tidy. Very responsive property manager. Each room had its own AC and heat so we could adjust for individual needs. Good value.

To be improved

There was no street number with the instructions so we had a hard time finding it. Bathroom was barely big enough to turnaround in, and shower was tough to figure out so you didn't get scalded by the very hot water. 2nd bedroom was lacking, but the whole place was cozy and comfortable enough for two friends for a few days.
