“On of the best places we have stayed in Europe!”
The best

The place is in a great location walking distance to town and the beach. Martxe was the best host! She provided us everything we needed including free food and drinks. The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean place. Excellent guy there who helped us a lot. We really recommend the place. Beautiful view on terrace. Good breakfast. Very good location.

A lovely welcoming friendly host. Very clean. Excellent communication and central location. Great base for exploring San Sebastián. Would definitely return .

“Great stay in San Sebastian!”
The best

Our stay at La casa de Maria was great! The host, Mertxe is really kind and gave us some good tips for pintxos bars and restaurants. The room is nice and has everything you need, incl. towels, bathrobes, toothpaste, some cool drinks (even wine!) etc... There is also some tea/coffee and breakfast items for free.

To be improved

The beds were not the most comfortable and some noise from outside, but that's because of the good location..

“Wonderful stay in San Sebastián”
The best

Mertxe was wonderful all around. Excellent communication by chat before and during my stay. The room was very comfortable with lots of little extras (like a small bottle of cava to welcome you, a fridge with free beverages and water). Bed was very comfortable. The property is 15 minutes walk from the old town and even closer to the main bus and train station. Spotlessly clean!

To be improved

No A/C but a fan in the room meant it was quite comfortable.
