The apartment was in a very good position for exploring Seville.It was a lovely old building.

To be improved

Being rather wet and cold we found the apartment not very warm and rather gloomy.probably nice and cool in the summer.the microwave did not work and the coffee pot was broken so couldn't be used.if one wanted to cook the kitchen was badly equipped.

The bathrooms were very dirty, the beds extremely uncomfortable and made lots of noise. The process to turn on the hot water was not clearly stated, and the host did not respond to any of our messages during the stay.

“Beautiful central duplex with stunning private terrace.”

The best

Stunning private terrace, generous bedrooms and living areas, and gorgeous tiled bathrooms. This is a spacious and charming duplex located in a central but not overly-touristy area. Plus the air con works!

To be improved

Some attention to detail is missing. The upstairs bathroom cannot be opened from the inside as it has a missing handle (the handle is inside the bathroom but not attached). This means you could easily lock yourself inside, and if your friends are on the terrace and you don’t have your phone, you could be stuck in there for some time! We also had to purchase a lot of essentials. There’s a working kitchen with lots of utensils but we had to buy salt, pepper, cooking oil and ice as there is no ice cube tray. We also had to buy extra toilet paper, kitchen roll, extra washing up liquid, and hand soap for both bathrooms.

“Great location, and great place to stay.”

The best

We loved the property. This was extremely well equipped with everything we needed, including full kitchen utensils & even new dish towels & wash sponge. Beds were comfortable and clean. The property had a nice authentic feel too. Great place to stay @ good location, definitely stay here again if we come back to visit.

The locality is priceless being in the heart of the old town is great. It is a very old house with it character, so don't expect hotel luxury. If you scared from sharp stairs dont go there, but you miss amazing roof lookout

To be improved

I wound ask owners to replace all bulbs and fix sockets on the wall these need maintenance and fix door of upstairs bathroom as cant be opened from inside
