“Beautiful!”

A stunning home. Like being in an old palazzo. The bedrooms were huge. The communal rooms were all spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. The secret staircases up to the attic bedrooms were fun. Location was perfect. The lady who met us for check in was helpful and kind and ordered cabs for our departure. It is possible to get help from the Casa for all kinds of fun excursions and experiences. I loved it.

To be improved

One friend complained that his bathroom had only a tub rather than a shower. I found no problem with the hand-held shower, but I am not 6'6"! I think the attic rooms might be a little musty, but I think kids would think they were a great adventure. And remember, the house is hundreds of years old. I highly recommend it.

“Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Some limitations but we worked around it.”

The best

The host was there to meet greet, and show us around and the facilities. A beautiful and charming Andalusian house, well restored. A lot of space. To note on the house set up... 1 double room was in another wing of the house, on the main side are 3 double rooms with King beds. From 2 of these rooms, there's are stairs, each leading up to another room. So it may be inconvenient ad lack privacy if you have 6 different couples travelling. It worked for us as we were travelling as a family of 8 and we had our kids take those 3rd level rooms. Great location with a great market nearby for fresh fruits, vegetables and seafood. Close to all the main attractions. Good restaurants around too.

To be improved

As it was in the old quarter, you may need to walk in rolling your luggages as bigger vehicles are not allowed in. There was no washing machine for our clothes. It would have been appreciated as we stayed for 3 nights, travelling through Spain. Limited kitchen utensils available if you plan to cook.
