La Casa del Infante en Madrid

Everything. I'm not even reviewing the apartment listed above because I didn't stay there. The owners told us it wasn't available and would upgrade us to Echegaray III apartments, just around the corner. It was a dog. There was not enough hot water for the 5 of us staying there (it's supposed to take 6). the bathroom door wouldn't close and the handle fell off. The doors required accessing an app to open them electronically which took ages and our daughter couldn't use it as she had no roaming data. There were no power points on the kitchen bench so the toaster and kettle had to be balanced on the microwave in the corner. Whatever you do do not stay at this apartment and avoid MIThouse apartments, they would not address our concerns until we complained to Bookings.com.
