“Quirky apartment close to town but smells of smoke”

The property is very well situated, has a very good secure garage and allows dogs to stay.

To be improved

The main bedroom obviously had been occupied by a heavy smoker previously, so much so the smoke had impregnated the bedding and I had to keep the window open all night in order to sleep in it. The property is a little to weird for my liking as it has life size cut outs of 90s rock stars everywhere. Not sure it would appeal to many.

The decoration was nice.

The coffee machine was broken,it wasn't clean everywhere like there were feacis on the outside of the bin in the bathroom,the shower has a lot of grime in the grout and corners.The main bed didn't have a duvet cover.The sofa was very uncomfortable due to wear and was hard to get up from.Needs another sauce pan for boiling water for hot drinks or a kettle.Frying pan doesn't work on the large stove as it isn't heavy enough.

“It is good for a short stay”
The best

We had everything in the apartment what we needed for a short stay. Restaurants and shops are around in short walk. The host is helpful and friendly, responded very quickly.

To be improved

All the plates and glasses were dirty. The shower didn't drain properly and the towels smelled bed. And only one bed was made properly, luckily I found duvet cover in the wardrobe.

It smelled like cigarette smoke. Not sure about clean sheets in one of the beds.
