“Great little villa in superb location”

The best

Lovely little villa, air con was great and it was clean with all the amenities we needed. The pool was just the right size to cool off in and chill around. The roof terrace had lovely views and a nice breeze.

“Trouble that you do not wish to handle during your vacation”

The house is near to beautiful beaches. The small pool was fun for kids. Kitchen had enough plates and bowls.

To be improved

The house is missing the very basic supplies like shower gel, shampoo, tea/coffee, washing powder etc. This would cost only a few euros for the provider but would make traveler life so much easier. We booked the house for 5 pers and needed 4 separate beds. The house was set so there was only 3 beds made but they promised to bring the forth bedset the next day. The cleaning lady did not bring it and from her it seemed that they don’t even have such possibility. Not sure how they accommodate 6 people as advertised. The BBQ facilities that are advertised, are not ready to use either. When asking about it, it took a day to get an answer. The communication is through another company, not directly the owner and they are very slow to answer. At some point they even said, they are not a 24/7 hotel (for our request) which is a bit puzzling since we checked in between 16 and 17 and immediately noticed lack of blankets, when else could we claim it when the check in starts only at 16. The glued shower hanger fell down during our first shower. Surely it will do the same for the next visitors and never properly fixed. Funniest /saddest is that we got the check out instructions with guidance how to sort the garbage 26 h after check out. This place and service has a lot of space for development!
