The house is not suitable for 10 adults to stay for more than one night. The rooms are poorly equipped, the beds are small. One of the rooms with a double bed is really very small. The door handles and doors are antique and creak terribly, which is very disturbing at night. The doors are poorly installed and close poorly. The kitchen is renovated but too small for so many people. Since we were there at the beginning of December, we also could not use the pool and garden. On the first evening, we ran out of electricity because the wiring was overloaded. The housekeeper tried but could not help us. Fortunately, there was an electrician among us and we figured out how to reconnect the fuses ourselves. Then we had to be careful not to connect too many electrical consumers at the same time. There are two very modestly equipped bathrooms in the house. Right at the start the drain in one of the bathrooms got blocked and we couldn't use the shower and toilet because everything was flooded. The manager promised us that he would send a plumber, but a plumber did not arrive by the time we left. I guess he knew about the bathroom problem before and was hiding it. 10 people had to use one shower and one toilet for five days, we were always afraid that this one would get clogged too, but fortunately it lasted until the end. The facility is located in a very remote area where there is almost no mobile signal. Maybe that suits someone, but it wasn't good for us.

“Superb”

The best

A terrific rural "get away from it all" place on the edge of a tiny village in the hills near the road from Seville to Portugal. We had sole use of the entire property, which was both private and secure. 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda overlooking a valley..and.. a super pool perfect for our little ones. The air conditioning was very welcome - we had no need for the fireplace! There were some small shops in the nearby village for essentials and a small supermarket in the nearby town. All the locals were super friendly despite our limited Spanish! We highly recommend a stay here, but don't expect cosmopolitan night life!
