“Unreal beauty”

Everything about this property is amazing. Such a warm welcome and the suite El cielo was so beautiful - my husband wrongly translated that as heaven ( it means sky) but he wasn’t wrong! The views from the room and from the private terrace are unreal - the bathroom even had its own spectacular view of the Alhambra too and is like a private pool. If you stay here you must eat in the excellent restaurant which is just a few stairs up from the room and of course again with unrivalled views.

“A hotel in an amazing location with great views.”

The view from the room was just amazing. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked well and was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and worked very hard to make our stay welcoming. Breakfast was good and we had it brought to our terrace in the morning. Although chargeable, the car park was great.

To be improved

Although the mini bar had champagne and good quality spirits and juices, I would recommend that the guests are provided with a free bottle of water each day. It sometimes felt like the hardworking staff could have been supplemented with more to help during the morning
