Nothing. I emailed booking.com customer services days ago with no reply as yet. Which i am extremely disappointed in.

To be improved

Everything, dirty not on time for us to check in. Hairs in hot tub. So so tiny. Communication awful

Hot tub didn’t work and no hot water in the shower. Check in was difficult as we were not sent check information and we couldn’t get hold of the hosts to let us in.

“Cozy jacuzzi getaway”
The best

Jacuzzi was nice and warm, the views were amazing, communication with owner Javier was essy, spoke spanish which i speak, even if didnt the instructions to enter were simple and someone non Spanish speaker could easily translate. Even a bottle of champagne on arrival cold waiting in the fridge, that was an amazing surprise. 1000% reccomend
