Katie, the host, made prior arrangements to ensure we get the key from her. She was so flexible for both out check in and check out times which we really appreciated. The facilities in the house was complete and exceeded our expectations.

Excellent location, although up steep steps. very good facilities with lots of extras included. Host met us on arrival and was really nice, would definately recommend this apartment.

Location was great for us and it had everything we needed. The building is a bit of a tourist attraction but that adds to the charm.

This superb apartment has a fantastic location in the heart of Alicante with many bars and restaurants right on the doorstep, only a five minute walk to the supermarket and shops one way and the prom and La Puerta del Mar for the C6 bus to and from the airport the other. The shower room features a massive walk in shower with both plate shower head and shower rose and an abundance of hot water at your disposal, the sliding doors between the shower room and bedroom and the bedroom and kitchen are a clever space saving way of separating the rooms. The well-stocked kitchen has an outstanding assortment of everything you could need plus a few extras, coffee, water, cream, salt and pepper to get us started plus a lovely complimentary bottle of wine. The large fridge freezer, hob, oven/grill and microwave allowed us to cook everything easily. The comfortable living area with a massive 50” smart TV on the wall kept us entertained in the evening. Overall, the owner Kate, was lovely and has put so much careful thought into the layout. We found this apartment faultless and without a doubt the best of the many self-catering apartments we have ever rented and would not hesitate to return.
