“Good VFM”

The best

Close to everything It was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money . Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine . The upstairs bedroom at the back is quieter Angela the host is most helpful . All you have to do is ask and she is helpful .

To be improved

Yes it has quirks eg the upstairs back bedroom door only closes about 3/4 but so what, the bed is very comfy and it’s good VFM so not an issue. Yes if you leave food crumbs out you will attract tiny ants , it’s the same in most accom in the canary’s , simple clean as you go . Yes there are 2 fixed cameras inside looking at the entrance door but they are not turned on whilst anyone is there so what’s the issue it’s just a security measure . It can be noisy at night but that’s the same for all accommodation within 6 blocks of the shopping / eating centre .

Not a lot didn’t spend a lot of time there after being told the swimming pool was closed very disappointed had to get taxi to and from the beach all extra money beds etc

Well after waking the second morning the kitchen tops full of ants and I always remove all food debris so I was surprised really anyway opened cupboard for spray 2 tins almost empty I then checked the other cleaning bottles and also where the washing machine was and everything was empty the washing up liquid was also nearly is this a new thing so guest have to go out and buy everything and leave what’s left for next guest not very nice really

“The best holiday”

The best

Very nice all around swimming pool was excellent not far from amenities. Only thing taxies couldn't find the address we had to guide them. So the swimming pool was called Qguana bungalow so we used that and it was fantastic. Had the best holiday and the host was very helpful even leaving us water and some treats.

To be improved

We had arranged a cab through the booking service who was very nice and helpful as he had gone to the address that was provided on here. When we reached the airport he went off before we could Tip him and I had a rather nasty text msg from the operator. To say we won't be using there service's again .
