The best

I would highly recommend this accommodation, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, fantastic location in the old town with a fabulous terrace from which you have amazing views of the Cathedral. We loved our stay and only wish it had been longer. Ive used booking.com for years and can say that Raquel is the best host we have had, really went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay!

We had a fantastic stay at La Casita de Candela! The apartment is beautifully decorated in a lovely mix of traditional Toledo charm and modern style, with thoughtful touches throughout. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and perfectly located. Highly recommended!!!

“We would choose this appartment again.”

The appartment (two bedrooms, a living room and two showers) is in an old building in the Old Town. And it has flair. Every detail has been selected with care. The friendly host (owner) waited for us upon our arrival, showed us around and even showed us a secret in the cellar which we will not divulge here. This kind of greetin gives a visit quite a different touch than this anonymou keybox thing which has now become common. All amenities were there: coffee machine, a big stylish refrigerator, tableware, pots and pans,... A few small traits warmed the heart: We especially liked the paper packages with fragrant shampoo which you find in a small box on the sink.

To be improved

The only point to state here is that there are no closets for clothes and that it was difficult to find convenient places where to put the (open) suitcases. But given the layout of the rooms dictated by the architecure of the old house, we wouldn't know how to change this.
