A fantastic villa with amazing views, sheltered from the north easterly winds, a large pool good enough for some proper swimming, a hot tub with ample space for four people, loads of outdoor seating areas, a nice compact kitchen and comfortable lounge area with smart TV. Everything was perfect and Juani was very flexible and accommodating, especially with the hot tub times as we preferred to use it only in the evenings, so had it turned on later. A previous reviewer mentioned the hill: if you've driven anywhere in Gran Canaria you'll be used to hills and this one is steep but in good condition, so no problem at all. Location wise, it's perfect: Agaete and Sardina are within easy reach, Las Palmas too, and the south coast was about an hour away. Perfect. Oh and the pictures don't do it justice at all: the outside area is huge!

To be improved

The host stated that the hot tub is open all year round but when we arrived we were not able to use it for all the days when we stayed there. We always start traveling from 9:00-10:00 and we only come back at the premises at night 21:00-22:00 ( hot tub operation hours were from 11:00 until 19:00 ) although i have asked the host several times to turn it on later so that until 22:00 it would be ready but still it wasn’t as the water temperature was only 27C. It was a huge drawback for us as this was the main thing why we ordered this stay so that we could relax after long day when we come back. If you want to have hot tub - i would strongly not recommend this place. Also if You like to travel a lot and You only come back at night be aware that getting to this place is quite challenging at night as it is on a very steep hill and very narrow road without any street lights.
