“The location was great, it was very clean and enough space for 3 people, the small balcony was very nice and check in instructions were very easy · Cons: The WiFi doesn’t work very well, nor does the air conditioning on the top floor. I think there are some drainage issues as the water in the sink took a while to go down.”

“Stunning apartment, perfect location with a gorgeous balcony. Host had keys ready for us early which was a nice treat. Great value, would highly recommend for a break in Valencia. 0 complaints. Would also recommend Hasta la Pasta for a quick lunch, just 10 minute walk from apartment.”

The appartment is practical, clean and in great location. It has everything that you might need for vacation. The terrace is amazing, sunny in morning hours

To be improved

When you lock the door you can still open it from inside, so my son run out on street. I would suggest a small chain locker for kids

Great location close to everything in the old town. Quiet street. Very responsive staff and handy free luggage storage service.

To be improved

Wifi signal was not very good and only seemed to work on ground level of the apartment. Air conditioning did not seem to be working. No spices for cooking or other basic essentials like oil, pepper, etc. (only salt provided). Shower not very practical (slippery and hard not to have water leaking out onto the bathroom floor).

“Good choice for a stay in the center of Valencia”

The best

Well-equipped apartment, conveniently located right in the city center, quite during the night, clear instructions from the provider.

To be improved

Poor and unstable internet, there’s no door to the bedroom which is not great for families with kids (one could hear all the noise from the kitchen and the living room), not very comfortable sofa-bed, ventilation on the second floor is not great.
