Perfect place in Valencia, near everywhere. Nice flat with very kind Pepe. He likes to help with everything he can. Really recommend it.

What you are paying for is the location, which really is superb! The amenities are basic, but since the accommodation is priced competitively with hostels and not hotels, I think that it's very good value for money. There will be no one snoring and coughing through the night in your room. The host was most helpful and accommodating!

To be improved

We were here in May, so it was fine, but I do believe the room can get somewhat hot in the summer.

Excellent location, a very kind host, the bed was really comfortable, access to lots of appliances and fridge, great shower and lockable room.
