apartment decor

To be improved

The apartment exposed to sunlight, cold, dirty floor and the sofa in the living room - was full of animal hair, so it was not washed properly after the previous guest. Air conditioning that spreads dust, hair and pollen, balcony doors that do not close, which states that every time I leave the apartment I had to close large wooden blinds (not repaired despite repeated requests), no kettle. There was a stench of sewage in the complex. Very unclear instructions on how to get to the apartment, problems with leaving the complex when I leaved the key inside the apartment according to the instructions. Overall, terrible service and apartment management. I insisted on compensation but the apartament staff refused.
