The apartment smelt damp. Even mattresses which were very good firm, seemed damp. The settees were also damp when you felt them. Not sure if the apartment hadn't been used for sometime. The apartment is at the top of the old village of Jimena, so a steep drive up to the street the apartment is on and a very steep drive down to the village centre and to exit the village. There is only one way up and one way down the hillside the village is built on. This apartment is also on the 2nd floor of a property with stairs to get from the road to the porch entrance door and a flight of stairs to get up to the actual front door.
