Ani was punctual and there to welcome us and show us the house thoroughly. She also shared many recommendations for around El Sauzal, which were much appreciated and very good ones. For example, the wine museum is just a three-minute walk from the house, where you could have a degustation of local wine and food for less than 20 euros. There is also another huge terraced bar/restaurant a few minutes from the house, a bit more fancy with music and amazing view of the sea, especially at sunset. The house was big, very clean, quiet and safe. We were just two, but the house is perfect for four as well cause it has a master bedroom + bathroom and another big bedroom with a separate but even bigger bathroom (both with bathtub). There is a beautiful sea view terrace and even the Chromecast to connect our own Netflix to the TV for a chill evening. There was a private garage and a pool (both of which I forgot would be there so it was a nice surprise). We had to pay a deposit of 200 euros for the house that we got back in 1 day. The small town of El Sauzal is also very cute (there is a very cheap bar in the main square that has the BEST churros de pescado of my life), and the house is so close to the entry/exit to the highway that the rest of the island's north is extremely well-connected. Very recommended!

this is a very large apartment beautifully furnished with everything you need. the rooms are large. it has a nice patio area that’s got an awning and a small area for sun beds. we sat outside a lot and it has a nice view and was quiet. the beds are very comfortable and the showers are hot - there’s plenty of hot water and we never ran out. we had a rental car and the underground parking was great. access straight into the apartment. the walk out to the road is uphill and it’s quite steep so be aware of that. the pool and tennis court areas a week kept. many apartments are homes for locals which gives it a nice feel. it’s super safe and quiet the kitchen has everything you need. there’s a dishwasher and a washing machine with all the stuff you need during your stay
