“Great place to unwind and relax”
The best

This place is absolutely exceptional. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. It was decorated to a very high standard and the location was scenic and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and it's not too far from the main roads. My only regret was that I had only booked to stay one night, when I needed at least three nights to let the place help me to unwind. The room was so nice that I found myself wishing I could buy a place like it abroad one day,

Very quiet away from any tourist path.

To be improved

The house rules, very scary. We felt like if we were obligated to “Clean” the apartment on departure day. I won’t be surprise if I get an additional charge for failing to clean the room. When I called, the person on the other line treated me like if I was dumb¡ He also was directing me to the wrong building and room. Finally a human appeared and registered us with out problems.

The best

We had an apartment which was very comfortable. We arrived on foot and it was a bit out of town, so it's best to come by car or taxi. We arranged in advance for a breakfast which was very nice. The hosts were very helpful and made a special trip to help us when we were locked out of our room. (They really could benefit from updating their locks to prevent this, although there was some user error involved.)

The best

Very clean, beautiful gardens, nice and quiet. Great facilitiies. Beds were very comfortable. Would like to stay again.

To be improved

Late check in and early check out times - 5pm check in as we landed at 10.30am was a long time to wait to get in, also never recd key pad number to get in.
