Super friendly host , stunningly clean, comfortable bed , great quiet location for access to Santander Ferry.

Our stay was excellent. We were travelling with dogs. The room was perfect for our needs. The hosts were warm and welcoming. The location was perfect and close to an excellent vet for the necessary worming treatment. We couldn't have wished for anything more. Will definitely stay again.

We liked everything from the warm welcome and the room and breakfast was superb. There was just one thing we felt we should say and this has been the case in a lot of places we stayed. In this case it was the bedspread and patterned cushions that matched. They did not smell at all clean. I appreciated people use the cushions when perhaps lying down to read but we took them straight off the bed and my husband could smell them in the room. The bed linen itself and the towels were beautifully fresh We were only there for one night and the couple were lovely but this must be addressed as it is very important. I would have given full marks to everything and am sorry to have to write this

The place was very clean and nicely maintained. Even though the owners speak no English, we managed to use Google translate to fill in the gaps. Breakfast was great and well priced. The backyard has some nice fig trees, and overlooks the hilly countryside.
