The best

The place looks better than on the photos, it is very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed a terrace on top of the building. Check-in and check-out was very easy, we had no problems with the key box etc. Very nice stay in a very comfy place close to Famara's center, restaurants etc. The quality/price ratio is very good.

To be improved

There is a lot of stairs in the house (it consists of 3 floors), which I do not mind, but I expect it could be problematic for some people (e.g. elders). Also the pillows could be a little bit more comfortable, but that is basically it for the cons :)

The best

The whole apartment was very clean and nicely presented. We loved the rooftop patio, it’s a great space to watch the sunset. Great location too, easy to walk along the coast or the beach, with a good little pizza restaurant and shop round the corner.

To be improved

There was often an unpleasant smell of drains on the top floor, we weren’t sure why. Some coasters or table mats would be useful for the dining table, otherwise everything you put down on it leaves a mark.
