To be improved

No staff at the hotel, we arrived to find no water in our room and the bar closed and it was 45 degrees, we had arrived on a motorbike. I emailed the hotel who informed me there was no staff and to go to the closest store to buy water! When I went into the bathroom there was a large cockroach and ants everywhere and the bathroom Had a terrible smell!

The best

The premises was fresh and clean and has obviously been recently refurbished. The bedroom, though plain, had all the facilities necessary and were clean and well furnished. The location was deceiving. On arrival, the area outside looks a bit shabby but once inside the premises it it a different story.

To be improved

The premises has bar and restaurant facilities which were not open, which was a little disappointing. However there are bars and restaurants in the town centre. A brochure with details of local amenities and wifi code etc would be helpful
