The best

The apartment is located in a really nice spot of town, close enough to walk everywhere or take the tram. It was fairly comfortable but it was hard to maintain any heating in the unit. Alexander was very responsive and provided help quickly.

To be improved

There was not nearly enough toilet paper, laundry or dish soap. It's not ideal to have to buy a big pack of any of these for a 2 week stay. The stove top was also a bit difficult to use.
