Very dirty. The floor was visibly dirty. My socks became black after 2 minutes in the house. One towel was dirty with something like mucus. 4 hand soap dispensers but all empty. The bedsheets were not fresh. The faucets were dirty like not cleaned in quite some time. The staff was unreachable during the whole stay, with no message from Friday morning to Sunday. I needed only something not vital, but it could have been anything important, and not being reachable is very bad. No coffee, no iron (not promised, but worth noticing as most apartments do have).

The best

Fantastic location. Really light and airy apartment. The sound of the bells and the music from the music school next door really added to the ambience.

To be improved

No kettle. There were lots of bits in the kitchen but a kettle would have made a big difference.
