La Concha Amadores: Gran Terraza & Barbacoa

The apartment was at the end of a block of several apartments within an area of locals which would be no issue. However there were 2 apartments at the entry with bars on window and men moved about regularly in and out of apartments. The smell of weed was regular and mattresses rubbish and what looked like the contents of an apartment were dumped all of our stay at the entrance. Cats sat in the pool on the stepping stones. There were ants in my children’s beds and they were covered in bites. The window in the apartment did not close the shower was leaking and flooded the bathroom as no seal was at the bottom of the door and when informed they said to block it and make sure all in our family were aware but the water was flowing around the bathroom. Also there was a safe but didn’t work we asked and were told who said there was a safe. There was a tv but no sound, beds were camp beds sofa was dirty and stinking and we were so glad to get out of it as we did not feel safe we placed a chair under handle of door entrance not that it would do much. We carried our valuables about for the 4 days. We were told it would be attended to but nothing was

Perfect accommodation for a group of six friends. Fabulous outdoor terrace for socialising over drinks and food. Near the Europa Centre but quiet and peaceful. Nice pool. We had a fabulous time.

The local beach was lovely Avoid the local tourist bar/restaurant area its ugly but easy to avoid.

Property was very clean and spacious. Outside space with barbeque was brilliant, free wifi Close to the Europa centre
