-The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, causing me to have back pain for the entire stay. Considering the premium rate this property charged us, it was not up to my expectation. - The property is located on a very busy street, even with the windows closed you cannot sleep. I was hoping for a restful and relaxing holiday yet I am left feeling very disappointed. I have contacted the property about these issues but they are not willing to provide the appropriate resolution.

Street noise can be intense. Took a couple of nights to understand we could close the shutters & that damped the noise.

Location, room, staff.

Lack of communication when asking for early check-in. Bed hard, needs headboard and more than one pillow per person. Picture above bed too close, you can easily bang your head on it. Bedroom also bright overnight as blinds/shutters let in too much light
