Staff were unpleasant, the water stopped working in the bathroom, “fresh and clean” towels and bedding had stains and holes in them, lights flickering, very noisy at night. Just didn’t feel welcome at the hotel such a shame the hotel is in a good location and has great potential if it was taken care of properly and had friendly staff.

Breakfast is ok. Rooms are ok but a bit dated

The hotel is renting the pool area and restaurants to birthday celebrations in the afternoon (2 birthdays at the same time when we were there) which leads to a very busy pool and very noisy situation for the hotel guests

The best

Lovely atmosphere created by the staff, very chilled out vibe, awesome pool area and had everything we needed for a relaxed getaway. The staff go out of their way to ensure a real personalised experience and made to feel super welcome The lunch and dinner menu's are amazing, top quality!

To be improved

We were expecting live music each night but only had this once. Locals are invited to the pool area on a sunday which made it very busy and hard to get a sunlounger, but overall didn't affect the quality of the holiday Good continental breakfast but very limited if you want something more full in range like a full english
