La Copla Apartament

The lack of communication from the hosts. I messaged them several times prior to my holiday, they either took days to reply or didn't reply at all. I asked if there was a hairdryer and towels, no response. When I got to the apartment they had both! Also I didn't get any communication until the day before about how we gained access to the apartment, which I had messaged them several days before to ask. You have to go to a shop in the centre of town, to a key box to get the keys.

Extremely inconvenient check in process. First, you have to go to their office, which is in old town and has no proper parking to pick up the APARTMENT key. Then, you have to drive to the apartment building, leave your car somewhere, in order to come to the apartment and pick up the GARAGE key. Third, you use the garage key to enter the garage and actually park. Reverse most of this process at checkout. Apartment itself needed a thorough cleaning (e.g., pubic hair in bathroom).
