The best

Attention to detail, furnishings, the welcoming staff, proximity to Granada central . Staff were attentive and followed up with us to check that everything was perfect , and to recommend tapas restaurants . The common area was beautiful and complimentary tea and sweets was a lovely touch . Just keep in mind that pool comes at an extra cost but is a lovely oasis and jacuzzi experience

An exceptional boutique hotel in a fantastic location in Granada. Beautiful Moorish designs, large well furnished apartments and top quality service from attentive staff. Highly recommend it and will return.

To be improved

They have a tiny plunge pool that you need to book (and pay extra for) but given its size, it’s the only way to use it efficiently, so not a complaint just something to be aware of and possibly should be made more obvious pre booking.

Loved the property. Beautiful internal courtyard and terraces. Spacious apartment.

To be improved

We had a problem with our shower. The outlet was too small and bathroom flooded. Staff tried to fix it on 2nd day but problem persisted. It might be more than a maintenance problem.
