The views were lovely and the staff were very polite and helpful.

To be improved

We felt it was not the luxury property as advertised. The room was clean but very rustic. The staff were trying hard but the quality of the evening meal was at best average and expensive given that it was obviously not freshly prepared by a chef.

The best

This is a must visit boutique hotel with stunning views. Exceptional staff (Napo and Michael) who are really looking for ways to make your stay an exceptional one. They go out of their way to make sure you are more than comfortable. The food is cooked fresh and is super delicious. The entire space is beautifully renovated/designed and offers a luxurious experience. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway.

Fantastic hacienda building and rooms were ample well decorated clean and comfortable Beautiful views of the Spanish hills and valleys Owner was lovely and friendly Staff were friendly and attentive We really enjoyed our stay even though we got sick for 24 hours (some sort of bug) - not the accoms fault

Gardens, and surrounds of property were dry and looked shabby - unfinished - messy materials near tennis courts - mod grass on main outlook looked cheap - all took away from the charm of the hacienda Food was ok not really up to scratch (salad was good but paella was gluggy) and wine list was cheap Spanish wine with prices elevated by 3 times - and staff didn’t have any understanding of the wines - not acceptable for a accom at this level - cocktails were overpriced Couldn’t enjoy the pool area or patios or outdoor dining due to wasps everywhere so had to eat indoors which reduced the experience
