We got this apartment last minute for quite cheap, so for the money we spent I understand it but the property wasn’t very upfront on things. The wifi does not work and the service near the building is bad. The pullout couch is a futon and only the one fitted sheet and top sheet were provided. There was no blanket then the fitted sheet did not fit. The shower had mold in it and the bathroom smelled so bad the entire weekend. There was no sponge for the sink nor a dishwasher. The bathmat towel we were given had blood and black stains all over it. The TV was not working. The air condition is just a unit in the living room, the bed room stayed warm. We were only here for a weekend and paid a fair-ish price for the place, so we just dealt with the issues, looking back it may have been worth asking for help getting things working and cleaned. There was still a 20 min walk/10 min drive from the office to the apartment after we got our keys. We weren’t aware of this before we booked. Also, they didn’t make it very clear which apartment it was, I think the language translation got lost in telling us which keys went where and which apartment it was. I would recommend saying to English speaking guests the apartment is on the first floor and it’s the door to the right. Then having the key instructions separately.
