“Good and well located.”

The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The location super close to the tram.

To be improved

Normally a four star hotel has better appointed rooms with at least a coffee maker. Luckily it had a fridge but I missed my morning coffee without having to get dressed and go get it from their bar. It looks a bit run down which makes me wonder as it is in an excellent location. I’m sure it could be a bit better.

“Cheap and cheerful but request a room away from kitchen”

The pool was nice, although the 'grass' around gets extremely hot. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was huge with 2 sinks

To be improved

The noise from the kitchen below at 4am! Slamming of a door which bounced off the wall and rattled up to our room. My son slept through it, I don't know how, but it woke me up and when the town doesn't sleep til 1am I had very little sleep the whole holiday

“Overall excellent”

The best

I have stayed at this hotel many times and on this occasion the staff excelled themselves. We were given an upgrade to a superior room with a large terrace and a sea view at no extra cost.

“Outdated Hotel.”

I like the property because it is near the beach, and the room is clean.

To be improved

The staffs are not friendly especially the lady that is in-charge in breakfast. VERY RUDE. The pool is not well maintained, has a lot of algae and the stairs is very slippery, almost had an accident in the stairs of the pool. The bathroom pool smell so bad. Only had a little umbrella for the sun. There is no lifeguard on the pool. Very expensive drinks on the pool bar that is mid-quality. The TV is very little you cant watch properly. Small balcony that you cant even sun bath.
