The villa is perfect for a family stay and has everything you need whatever the weather. Indoor games and outside pool floats and tennis bats and balls.

To be improved

My only comment would be that the pool is deep and young children or none confident swimmers will need swimming aids. Our grand children are good strong swimmers so no issue to us.

The best

Very accommodating hosts - always a quick response to my questions. The housekeeper Anna was lovely and helpful. Very well equipped kitchen and had everything we needed (we did buy a cool bag and ice packs to take to the beach as there wasn’t one and left it for the next guests),very clean and comfortable. 8 comfortable sun-loungers and pool towels provided. Comfortable outside seating for the evenings. Air con works very well. Pool is a great size with easy steps in. Plenty of lilos for guests and we added to the collection! Nice amount of space around the pool and great lighting at night. The house is decorated in such a chic way with the baskets and wicker - we loved it. We were two families of 2 adults and 2 teens and there was plenty of space. The area is very nice and quiet and less than 5 mins drive to the nearest supermarket. We walked to a lovely Italian restaurant called Rossini. Very nice food and only a few minutes away by foot. We did hire one car locally mainly for the supermarket runs as u can easily get around by taxis (we used 1taxi App) however there are no dustbins at the finca and u must take ur rubbish to the drive in bin area which is about 1km away which would be a nightmare if u don’t have a car as it’s too far to walk with bags in the heat. The nearest beach El Arenal is about 7 mins in the car and there is plenty of free parking. The beach has lots of restaurants and shops there and is a nice sandy beach. Javea port is also lovely (stone beach) with lots of bars and great places to eat. The area in general has plenty of choice and we didn’t need to book in advance. The market on Thursday is worth a visit.

The Finca was fab - If we had to be picky we would have liked more than one pillow each and maybe a blanket too!
